Circle participation

Open Salons, Expert Workshops, memberships, and partner relationships may be curated, capacity-limited, invitation-based, or subject to approval. Submission of a form or payment does not create an endorsement, partnership, or guarantee of a particular introduction or business outcome.

Payments and event policies

Payments are processed by Stripe or the event platform identified at checkout. Prices, refund rules, transfers, cancellations, and event-specific conditions shown at the point of purchase form part of these terms. Membership should be purchased only after an invitation or prior conversation with the Circle team.

Conduct and confidentiality

Participants are expected to act professionally, respect consent, avoid unauthorized solicitation, and follow event host instructions. Unless a session explicitly states otherwise, do not share another participant’s confidential, personal, or commercially sensitive information without permission.

No professional advice

Circle discussions are educational and relationship-oriented. They are not legal, tax, investment, accounting, medical, or other regulated professional advice. You remain responsible for your own decisions and independent diligence.
