Information we receive

The Circle site does not maintain a custom account or event database. When you register, pay, apply, or join a public event group, your information is provided directly to the relevant service, such as Luma, Stripe, Tally, WeChat, or WhatsApp, under that service’s privacy terms.

How information is used

Dodoa may use information you intentionally provide to review event or partnership fit, confirm participation, communicate about Circle activities, manage a relationship, and meet legal or payment obligations. We aim to keep the Circle CRM selective and action-oriented.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers that support the Circle or when required by law. Records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for the relationship, operations, accounting, or legal requirements.
